Ready Set Go

Today you did your first words. They weren't mum or dad they were ready set go.

Going forwards down the stairs

Today you went down the staris forwards holding onto the bannister rail. Tentatively at first with a long stop on each tread but it was definately forward.

Big bad weekend

I say weekend but it all started on Thursday when you got your injections. No more now for 2 and a bit years but still you weren't in favour at all. You measured 31 1/2 inches long (79cms) and 28 1/4 pounds (12.8 kg).

Next on Saturday we went to the mall with Pat (your Nana) and tried to get your haircut. First I had my hair cut but when it came to your turn things didn't go very well. You shrieked and cried and basically raised the rof on the place with your voice so we had to take you away with only a few locks removed.

Today your Mum had another go at our messy hair and did a prety good job withoutmany tears but then you got anther tooth and cried off and on until you went to bed.

All in all not your best weekend.
