Second Top Tombstone

Your second top tombstone came through today. It just started peaking but it is definately on the way. You're going to have such a cute little gap toothy grin in no time.

Feeding Time at the Zoo

Thank you very much for our tasty cheerios! Today you had your first cheerios and you seemd to really like them. You are so funny eating them. You grab them with and put your whole fist in your mouth to drop them. You also fed us for the first time. We sat with our mouths open at your high-chair tray and you dropped them in, well almost you put your whole hand into opur mouthe and we had to king of winkle the cheerios free with our teeth but the thought was definately there.

Walk to the Shop

This morning Jasmine, you and me went for a walk to the garage to get 1 dozen eggs. On the journey we saw 7 dogs and 12 kids. For the trip back I bought you some crisps to eat but Jasmine got most of them.

Two More Teeth

At 11:20 am today you started crying and there was some blood coming out of your mouth. When you came over for a cuddle you didin't look like you'd given yourself a fat lip or anything and you stopped crying directly so I didin't think anything of it. It was only later on that day when your Mum popped home from scapbooking and looked in your mouth that we saw that you had two new teeth on the top row the left big tooth and its neighbour.

You are going to have a full set of choppers in no time.

Glug, glug, glug. Watching the wine spill

You are such a speedy little devil. I was cleaning the kitchen and had to leave it for just a second. In that moment you got into the pantry and knocked over your Mum's bottle of red wine and when I got to you you were sitting in the middle of a big red pool slapping at it as it poured out of the fallen over bottle. Glug, glug glug.

Happy Meal

Today was your first happy meal. We decided on the chicken nuggets and fries combo for you. The place was quite busy when we arrived and you really enjoyed watching all the kids go by. You ate most of everything and especially enjoyed the dipping sauce and the ketchup.

All better, well mostly

Seems like you are almost all better. You slept for most of the day and when you woke up we went to dinner at Montana's with your Granny and Grandad. You drank some diet coke, had some pickles, french-fries and some cauliflower as well as some spinach dip which you wiped all over your face up your nose and into your ears. Afterwards I took you for a zoom around in your pram while we waited for them to come out.

It is nice to have you back my son.

Ill Hospit-ill

You aren't really getting any better in fact you seemed to be worse so we took you to the hospital. Fortunatley the place was quite empty and the doctor only took a very short look at you and the nurse said that there had been about 200 others in with the same thing. They gave us some Gravol to make you be able to keep food down and a 3 codiene syringes to put into your mouth to help you sleep. Fingers crossed they will do the trick.

Buying medicine

Your little cough is making you throw up any of the milk you are drinking so you and I went to the pharmacy to get you some medicine. We bought some special cough medice for babies and the pharmacist lady gave it right into your hand. You carried it all by yourself up to the front counter where you gave it to the cashier she scanned it and then she gave it back to you and we took it back to the car. Unfortunately it doesn't seem to be working and you are getting sicker. :(

Sicky Boy

Right now you are just getting beter from your first real illness. It is so sad to see you without your big smile but still trying to be cheerful with just a little smile. We're not really sure what is wrong but you didin't really eat much on Monday and started throwing up on Monday night. You'd give two little coughs and then spuke-up all over the place. Yesterday you had a little bit more of a smile and a better sleep and today I'm hopeful you'll be all better.

I can't wait to see you zooming about all over the place with a big smile on your face again.

Window to the world

Now that it is warmer outside you've discovered the joys of standing at the screen door. You seem to love looking out there and watching Jasmine ly in the sun or me coming home from work.

It makes my day to see you standing there as I come up the path.
